Judicial Review of Orders or Decisions of the Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board

The Rules of Court clearly provides that awards, judgments, final orders or resolutions of quasi-judicial agencies are appealable to the Court of Appeals via Rule 43. Orders or decisions of the Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board may be brought on appeal to the Court of Appeals within 15 days from receipt of the same.¹2009 Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board Rules of Procedure
